Driving innovation forward working closely with the development chef in this category will be key along with multiple internal relationships across the business. Commercial and financial acumen is key to this role to deliver exciting products to agreed margins. You will know how to get ‘under the skin’ of the category to understand customer's needs. Presenting your ideas and plans, backed up with evidence to the major retailers to influence and drive new ideas is critical.

As Interim NPD Manager you will manage the critical path in this category and ensure the relevant resource is in place. You will be responsible for monitoring and benchmarking product quality for existing and new products.
