This business needs an Interim Technical Manager who has solid experience in the food industry within a fast paced manufacturing environment to drive their technical and quality standards forward. As the successful candidate you will be reporting into the Site Manager. You will be responsible for providing technical advice and support and managing third party suppliers to ensure that standards for quality, safety and legality are met.

To be successful you will have:

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a closely related discipline
• A good working knowledge of HACCP
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and excellent communication skills
