Our client is a rapidly growing branded and Private label business having tremendous heritage combined with superb products and an outstanding team. The business operates in a hugely exciting and growing market sector and has ambitious but achievable plans for the further development of the operation. Culturally this is a great business that cares deeply about its people and rewards them with excellent career prospects and strong remuneration.Due to continued growth and to support the drive for operational excellence our client in now looking to further strengthen the senior team through the appointment of an Operations Director.

We are retained by this branded and private label business to secure an outstanding Operations Director to support significant future growth plans. Reporting to the Group Operations Director you will have full responsibility for all manufacturing, supply chain and engineering functions with an emphasis on driving excellence through manufacturing efficiency, automation, supply chain planning and Continuous Improvement as the business continues it’s journey toward a world class manufacturing standard.

You will be degree qualified or equivalent, ideally from an engineering background and will be operating in a similar role in senior Site Operations in a fast moving and demanding environment. You will have proven CI & Lean skills and can demonstrate savings and improvements using these tools. You will be a ‘hands-on’ manager with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to lead from the front. You will be a strong people manager and team builder.
