This position is Monday to Friday and reports into the Senior Production Manager. Your primary remit is to ensure productivity targets and KPI’s are achieved. You will motivate and manage direct reports by providing leadership and team morale. As a Department Manager you will ensure that quality and hygiene standards are communicated, understood and achieved in the department.

The ideal candidate preferably needs to be of degree calibre and have previous experience of working in a chilled food environment. You will need to have the ability to communicate at all levels within the business and have excellent IT skills so you can ensure the accurate reporting and analysis of information.
