Our client, based West Yorkshire, produces a wide range of branded products covering Ambient, Dry and Wet products for all the major retailers and foodservice arenas. This site is part of a large, growing food manufacturing group, so if you're hungry for success and crave career progression, this is the company for you.

To validate raw material data received from suppliers to enable retailer specifications to be produced in a timely manner and to a deadline. To work as part of the specifications team ensuring the Company's specification systems are continually updated and maintained to meet the requirements of both BRC certification and customer standards.

You will be working in a team of 4 Specification Technologists alongside a Specifications Manager to create, update & maintain all customer specification to agree timescales.You will work closely with a range of internal departments and suppliers to gather information, requesting further detail and clarification where required in order to produce finished product specifications

Competency in Excel/Word/Retailer Specification Spread sheets is essential to this role. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
