Our client is market leader in its sector, recently increasing its profile with the UK retailers and also successfully exporting its products internationally. The company has a number of sites in the UK and this role is based in a fast paced, high volume site where there is always plenty going on. Due to the growth of this business there is an urgent need for a Technical Manager to join the team. Quality and Functionality are the key considerations and challenges for the technical team at this site. As Technical Manager you will report directly to the Head of Technical and will manage a team of 12 people; the largest team responsibility on site, which exemplifies the importance of this role within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Manager with proven knowledge and experience within a chilled foods or bakery environment. As a successful Technical Manager on this site you will have the ability to make a real impact within this business and fast track your technical career.
