As the Interim Hygiene Technologist you will be reporting into the Technical Manager. The successful candidate will carry out; in depth audits at suppliers, approve potential new suppliers, and maintain the supplier audit programme. The essence of this role is to deliver and monitor standards for hygiene, food and safety for all suppliers and also advising both internal and external customers. You will also be involved in writing new Codes of Practices and Guidelines for the business.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and have great attention to detail. This role is vital to the business to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the supply chain. As a proven problem solver you will also be involved in resolving any issues relating to food safety and hygiene across the business.
