This business needs an Interim Technical Manager who has solid experience in the food industry within a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering a change programme within a short period of time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and will have the gravitas to drive the improvements forward while taking the team with them. This is an exciting time to join this client, as there are significant investment plans for the near future. You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager.
