Job Description

Out client is a niche manufacturer or premium speciality products and supplies a number of high end retailers and the business has built a superb reputation based on the quality and functionality of the product.

Reporting to the Managing Director and overseeing a small team, your responsibilities will include establishing and then delivering a robust set of KPI’s, driving manufacturing efficiency along with training and coaching of the team.

The role will also proactively look at ways to improve the factory operation through continuous improvement and involving the manufacturing teams and different functions to improve business performance.

You will also be expected to take the lead on Health & Safety issues and have a detailed involvement with technical issues and BRC.

This role is a Mon-Fri, day-based role.

You must have experience of Production/Operations/Factory Management, within a fast paced food-manufacturing environment. You will have a successful track record of achievement through improving productivity, continuous improvement and building factory teams.
