Job Description

Our client is a blue chip food manufacturing business that is situated in Lincolnshire. They produce a wide range of branded and own label chilled ready to cook food products for the Uk’s major retailers.

In this role you will support the NPD process for your category/customer by liaising with the customer and internal teams. You will support the innovation and development of new products to deliver the required margin whilst meeting both the customer and business needs.

You must presents new product and process facts and ideas clearly, accurately and persuasively to customers internally and externally and cross functionally. You will work to a critical path plan, organise and control resources to deliver products and processes to an agreed quality and timescale.

You will motivate and inspire direct reports up to Development Technologist level to achieve personal development and continual improvement.

• Have a degree in food science or equivalent or Technologist experience in food business.
• Be able to work concurrently on multiple projects with a willingness to work on own or as a part of a multi disciplined project team.
• Have drive, energy and enthusiasm.
