We have just been briefed with a Production Manager for a large-scale food manufacturing business in the South Lincolnshire area.

Job Description

This business is part of a multi-sited, multi-product food giant with sites all across the UK. They are innovation led and quality driven and are seen as market leaders in a number of areas. This specific site has an enviable position in the marketplace and after my site visit and factory tour, I can thoroughly recommend this as a positive working environment. It has a well-regarded product offering and an excellent working relationship with its varied customers.

Using Continuous Improvement techniques and tools (e.g. PIPs, team result plans, value stream mapping, line balancing and problem solving etc) you shall ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged and improved on. You will deliver high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with site CCP, GMP and Health and Safety through your team. Ensure you and your team demonstrate and foster a culture which encourages Continuous Improvement and the companies values.
