Finished Goods Team Leaders

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Finished Goods Team Leaders to manage, develop and lead a team in delivering excellent results within this 24/7 Warehouse/Transport operation, producing own label and branded products and supplying to the major retailers. You will manage your team and promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage teamwork and promote a supportive environment in order to improve business performance.

We are looking for candidates who are used to working in FMCG or fast paced environments and will have excellent leadership skills. You will be a good communicator with a strong desire to influence, change and improve. Your previous background will preferably include some unionised people management, but this is not essential. The roles are shift based and require individuals that are flexible, passionate about operations and keen to progress their career with a market leader. A good level of IT Skills are required for this role as is the ability to think on your feet in this fast moving operation. You will have a real presence about you and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
