A day shift and a night shift role exist for this chilled food processor in South Lincolnshire working four on four off shift pattern. You will need to have:
A minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
Ability to lead and develop a team up to 30 people
Good IT skills enabling the completion and understanding of Operations Reporting.
