Job Description

Our client is a fast-moving and dynamic food manufacturer who is a profit-making organisation. Developing their people is key in this and right now they are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the existing team.

In this role you will be accountable for the manufacturing operations of the business. You will lead the HR agenda in terms of HR policy and procedures for the shop floor and provide managers with advice and support on employment legislation, best practice, company policies and procedures particularly with respect to discipline, grievance and absence management as well as assisting in resolving any day-to-day employee relation's issues as they arise.

There will be a very full HR agenda and you will have exposure to every facet of the discipline. With CIPD qualification, we are looking for well-developed influencing and persuasion skills, a proven track record in relationship building, strong communication ability and the skills to drive large long-term projects to fruition and evaluate the success. You will be flexible in approach, be very confident in manner, and have commercially focused HR experience within a Manufacturing environment.

Package includes a basic £40,000 - £50,000 salary plus final salary pension, fully expensed car or car allowance, bonus and other benefits.
