Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager you will provide full and proactive HR services for this fast paced food processing business. The view is that, as a team, you will strive to take the business forward as an integral support function. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train line managers in all HR matters from writing job descriptions, training and driving retention initiatives to managing absence and on occasion cover the payroll function. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and be qualified within CIPD. This market leading international food business have an impressive track record in terms of growth and their future business plans. Due to the progressive nature of the business they have an excellent track record in terms of succession planning resulting in optimum personal and career development. Ideally you will have manufacturing experience.
