This is an exciting and progressive role of developing accountability within the team together with achieving customer and business KPIs. The site is looking for a competent Production Manager who has had indepth exposure within the chilled food arena together with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a Production Team with the ability to devise and implement material and labour budgets. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills
