Engineering Manager

Job Description

This progressive chilled foods business has a variety of manufacturing plant and machinery due to its diverse product range. As a result, they need an Engineering Manager who has a breadth of experience including planned preventative maintenance, Health & Safety and People Management Skills. You would be an active member of the site executive team.

You will need :
Exposure to a food manufacturing environment where efficiency, reliability are
Professional Engineer (Degree, HND, or previous experience operating as a Professional Engineer in a manufacturing environment)
Good aptitude for engineering. Ideally with both mechanical and electrical skills
Previous Management experience of tradesmen or operators.
Experience of managing engineering budget
Experience of managing projects
