Shift Production Manager

Job Description

This site is part of a large chilled food organisation which has real ambition for the future. This is an exciting and progressive role and you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs and support and develop a Factory culture in your area where individuals feel able to challenge the status quo and encourage feedback from all levels. The site is looking for a competent Production Manager who ideally has exposure to chilled food together with a focus on continuous improvement. You will report to the Factory Manager.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and also good numeric and problem solving skills.

Shift Pattern
40 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday alternatively Sunday to Thursday - to be discussed at interview. 6-2pm or 2-10pm
