The Coevorden plant is currently supplying the pet care markets in EMEA and Japan. The coming years business growth and new developments are key in the P&G Pet Care strategy. Therefore we are currently searching for a highly motivated Project Engineering Manager

Position
- Responsible for the technical ownership and delivery of key capital projects, meeting and exceeding all project success criteria, including safety, quality and capital management
- Managing and coaching a team of 5 Project/Process Engineers
- Initiating and managing various small and big engineering projects, with focus on cost saving and performance improvement
- Defining new technology projects and see to it that these projects are managed towards the targeted results
- Aligning with other Procter & Gamble technical resources to implement standard ways of working and best practices
- Working closely together with Operations, Maintenance and external contractors
- Managing capital and expense budgets within the P&G guidelines
- Working within the P&G Business Conduct guidelines to ensure appropriate use of information, product security and confidentiality
- Reporting to the Technical Systems Management Leader.

Profile
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Technology
- Relevant work experience in project engineering and production, preferably in a FMCG/Food processing or packaging industry or in a similar environment
- Ability to look beyond current process and equipment capabilities
- Capable of initiating and managing projects and a proven track record to work within set targets and time frames
- Personal skills: pro active, enthusiastic, analytical, well organised, results driven, ownership and team player.
