Technical Change Coordinator
Exciting new role with growth opportunities - Elst

Position
- Leading technically change projects for the continental European production sites to find solutions for quality problems, production difficulties, alternative supplier qualification and production transfer to support company's business plans and strategic objectives
- Implementing new and improved products or processes into the production plants in cooperation with the Plant Technologists with the goal further refinement for processes, ingredients and equipment
- Providing technical service to Manufacturing, Purchasing R&D and Sales/Marketing
- Facilitating in root cause analyses and structuring solutions for improvement
- Translating and ensuring trials into recipe changes that have no impact for the consumer
- Reporting to the Quality Improvement and Change Manager Continental Europe.

Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or similar
- Several years working experience within R&D, Operations or QA
- Good project management skills and preferably experience with technical change projects
- Able to build own network within the European Heinz organization
- Good command of English and Dutch, both written and verbal
- Personal skills: self starter, energetic, interpersonal savvy, structured, rapid response, problem solving, persistent, motivation others and convincing.
