Job Description

This is an exciting and progressive role and you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs and support and develop a Factory culture in your area where individuals feel able to challenge the status quo and encourage feedback from all levels. The site is looking for a competent Production Manager who ideally has exposure to chilled food together with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills

Shift Pattern
Tuesday - Saturday 2pm - 10pm (Friday 10am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 5pm)
