Development Chef

Job Description

Product Development Chef required to join one of the largest independent food suppliers in the UK that has seen consistent growth for the last decade. Developing branded and own label products, we are looking for a Chef that can demonstrate real flair and creatively that can not only show case the current products but continually evolve and develop perfect and refine, striving to continually reach higher standards. The Development Chef will also act as a support to the Commercial Team to maximise sales and will take part in live cookery demonstrations at events and exhibitions, becoming a real ambassador for the Company and the Product. Working closely with marketing you will be tasked to regularly compile recipes for the company web site and for the media. Previous experience within food manufacturing would be desirable, most importantly you will need to have an engaging passion for food that inspires others and be able to welcome new challenges.
