Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading food manufacturer as it enters a period of growth and change. Working for this fast moving chilled and frozen manufacturer supplying an innovative product range to the major retailers, you will be responsible for the management of specifications and key documentation and for providing support to the development team within each of the business units. Experience of creating, maintaining and circulating specifications for customer branded food products is vital. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating current legislation relating to the company's products and to ensure that all products conform to relevant legal requirements. Liaising with customers is critical. You will need a degree or equivalent in a relevant food subject and some experience of project management. You will also need experience in a similar or related role.
