Consequently, you will need to be a big player with a track record of driving change, implementing effective quality management systems and empowering teams across departments to adhere to technical best practice. It is essential that your experience encompasses fresh meat or poultry from field to plate and that you have sound experience of dealing with all aspects of vet and meat inspector requirements. You will also have the presence and strategic ability to contribute at a senior level and have a very hands on approach.
