Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading food manufacturer as it enters a period of growth and change. As an integral part of the maintenance team, your responsibilities will cover predominantly the electrical aspects of the engineering in this fast paced high and low care food packing organisation. The key to this role is the ability to regularly maintain all equipment on site and respond to breakdowns to ensure a safe working environment and full packing and production capacity at all times so you will have experience of working and maintaining food packaging equipment in a similar environment. You will possess good fault finding and diagnostic skills and support the introduction of new equipment and machinery. Your encouraging and motivational manner will ensure effective communication between the departments and shifts to maintain production capacity. This is a day shift based role.
