Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take your first step into Management within this leading poultry manufacturer who is rapidly expanding and a top market leader. You will lead and motivate your team of around 20 to exceed customer requirements. Creating an environment of continuous improvement in performance, quality and people, whilst delivering KPIs of the plant is key to the success of this role. You will be responsible for achieving output targets and quality standards whilst maintaining a safe working environment. To be considered for this role you must have sound BUTCHERY SKILLS and be FLUENT IN AN EASTERN EUROPEAN LANGUAGE.
