Job Description

Working closely with the Human Resources Manager you will provide full and proactive HR services for this fast paced chilled food processing business. The view is that, as a team, you will strive to take the business forward as an integral support function. Working as part of the site's Management Team, you will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train line managers in all HR matters from writing job descriptions, training and driving retention initiatives to facilitating close working relationships and to assist in the setting of site objectives and in the planning and implementation of change. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and be qualified within CIPD. Ideally you will have manufacturing experience, have flexibility and adaptability and show steadiness working under pressure.
