Our client is looking for a Technical Manager who can drive and empower the Technical department. With full responsibility for all quality, food safety, health & Safety and legal aspects for the facility you will communicate this to relevant site contacts with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. Consequently, you will need to be a big player with a track record of driving change, implementing effective quality management systems and empowering teams across departments to adhere to technical best practice. It is preferable that your experience encompasses fresh or cooked meat and that you have sound experience of dealing with all aspects of top retail customer requirements. You will also have the presence and strategic ability to contribute at a senior level and have a very hands on approach.
