This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading privately owned high end Catering Management companies. Our client offers an exclusive catering service to its customers with the main emphasis on high quality, locally sourced products and a passion for food. They are now looking for a Chef / Business Unit Manager to cover their sites in the North West. It is essential that you have a solid Chef background to either Head or Sous Chef level in a high end quality establishment. You will have a strong managerial and an exceptional motivational style to lead your team of around 12 and will have the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with your client. You will enjoy creating and serving imaginative food designed to exceed expectations and will lead and motivate your catering team, to instil a 'nothing is to much trouble' approach. You will have excellent food cost management techniques, a strong work ethic, be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be committed to the delivery of high quality, locally sourced food.
