Job Description

An ambitious, innovative and proven commercial manager is required for this growing food manufacturers. You will be responsible for leading the commercial activities to develop and strengthen the profitability of the organisation. You will manage all aspects of the interface with the retailers to ensure service and pro-activity. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the annual sales budget. As a key member of the management team you will play a lead role in developing strategy and the management of profit improvement with the retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with the major retailers ideally M&S and possess excellent influencing and effective communication skills to build relationship with the buying teams
