Graduate QA / Specifications Technologist

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a food graduate to start to their career in manufacturing within a technical environment. this role is based in an expanding bakery supplying an innovative product range to the major retailers. AS QA/Specifications Technologist you will be responsible for maintaining and updating specifications as well as being responsible for assisting with auditing the quality safety systems within the factory and meeting the high standards required by the customer. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating current legislation relating to the company's products and ensuring that all products conform to relevant legal requirements and creating, maintaining and circulating specifications. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure in a work placement within a QA/Technical or Development department. Good analytical and computer skills are essential as is the ability to display strong communication skills. Full training will be given.
