Job Description

Our client is a fast-moving and dynamic chilled food manufacturer. Due to the increase in business demand they are seeking an Interim HR Manager who can operate within an independent business unit and contribute to the profitability of the business by the utilization of the people. This is a busy generalist role where the main focuses are on advising managers in all areas of employee relations and ensuring that the right calibre of staff are recruited, trained and retained. You will be fully CIPD qualified, with experience in a food manufacturing environment. You will have drive, energy and enthusiasm with excellent interpersonal skills.
