Job Description

Senior Manufacturing role managing production, engineering, planning and logistics, leading a team of c.280. The key issues to focus on will be experience of change management, including cultural values, and strong KPI controls. The candidate needs to be someone who will challenge the accepted norms and status quo, an action focused person who can deliver the strategy from the front, but also give middle management room and encouragement to learn and develop. The position sits on the senior Exec Team so personal contribution to the overall business strategy and its delivery will be expected.
