Health & Safety Manager

Job Description

Working for a large food manufacturer you will provide an advisory service on all H&S matters. Your role will work with external bodies, reviewing company procedures, managing audits, identifying training requirements and risk assessments covering two sites. You will be involved in the development of a culture which is conducive to all teams and individuals ensuring that Health and Safety Compliance is given the highest priority and that all conditions and practices comply with legislation. You will keep abreast of all relevant Health and Safety Legislation and ensure the management is made aware of their responsibilities in maintaining the company's compliance.
You will need four years experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably Food and Drink essentially FMCG, internal auditing experience and a NEBOSH certificate. You will be keen to drive through changes and passionate about the role.
