Working for a FMCG manufacturer, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into an exciting and challenging business environment. You will champion the HR function and work closely with the Business MD, taking responsibility for all HR issues on the site. You will work closely with colleagues across the Group, but in reality will be the senior HR professional in the business. We are looking for an individual who wants to manage a team drive an HR strategy that is core and central to the business and motivate, engage and develop a significant workforce. Ref MW6309
