Scheme Outline

Criteria: You will be expecting, or will have attained a 2.1 degree ideally in a business, human resource management related degree or have some HR experience.


Duration: 3 years

Training: On the job work placements into specific jobs and studying for the CIPD qualification.

Content: 2 work placements, within different businesses, with a varied product portfolio and different customers. After the two years you will move into a more senior role as part of your career development plan.

Location: Placements could be at anyone of their sites in the UK

Salary:£21k

Start Date: September 2008
