A unique opportunity for technically and process astute Innovation Manager - must be a proactive leader who has experience of working with Fats. Must be a strong motivational leader who can drive innovation with a clear strategic strategy.

Our client is most definitely a forerunner in their sector, operating in a highly competitive and progressive market. Manufacturing a wide range of their own branded products and own label for a leading high street retailer.

They want to appoint a Head of Innovation to drive the NPD agenda to continue delivering a real point of difference and market leadership. Working with the Board and Senior Management you will be the exponent of uniqueness, driving innovation in products through sourcing, process and creative improvements. You will work closely with all the customers - and help them pre-empt their consumer's needs for innovation.
