This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading added value chilled food group, well known for delivering first to market ideas. We are searching for an NPD Manager who can inspire and lead the development team across two sites. You will be responsible for taking control of concept development for leading high street retail customers, and building strong working relations through delivery of inspirational and cutting edge products - pushing boundaries, maintaining high standards and identifying new opportunities to grow the category. We would like to see candidates with a proven track record of consistently delivering beyond customer expectation with the ability to lead a team internally who will really get to grips with their customer and business needs.
