Distribution First Line Manager

Job Description

First Line Manager required within 24/7 Warehousing and Transport operation.
Key responsibilities will include management and leadership, KPI planning and control relating to either Warehousing or Transport, adherence to site health and safety measures and contribution to depot continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who is used to working in FMCG or fast paced environments and has excellent leadership skills. You will be a good communicator with a strong desire to influence, change and improve. The role is shift based and requires an individual who is passionate about operations and keen to progress their career within a market leader.
As well as manufacturing branded and own label products, our client supplies to the UK's major food retailers. Certainly an opportunity not to be missed.
