If you are a Chef who has spent at least six years working in high end restaurants, with a broad culinary knowledge, passionate about food, ingredients and trends have you thought about swopping split shifts and 13hrs days for a generally Monday to Friday role with regular hours? NPD / New Product Development is a chance to transfer your craft skills into a new environment with long term career opportunities. We have an opening for a Chef with flair and talent who knows their ingredients, trends, seasonality and provenance to join a very successful team develop top tier chilled prepared meals for retail clients. Ideally you will have a classical training that has formed the foundation from which your culinary career has developed and progressed you will need to have sustained periods of employment and be able to demonstrate that you have contributed to the success and constancy of a business. You will need to be a team player who can share and enthuse about food be excited and receptive to learning not afraid to be challenged or challenge. You will need to be polished in your personal presentation, have a professional approach to gain credibility from senior managers and clients.
