Production Chef / Manager

Job Description

Our client is a leader in the Middle East Managing a number of branded casual dining restaurants.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong food background either in Product Development or Food Production. You will need to be an educated foodie with sound culinary technical skills across a number of categories, be able to manage and motivate whilst implanting best practice. Key areas for this role will be Bakery, Patisserie, sandwich and chilled meal solutions. As the Manager you will be accountable for aspects of production, stock control, logistics ensuring that health and hygiene and HACCP controls are adhered to rigorously. You'll need to be a people person who can communicate on all levels. There will be direct customer contact therefore imperative that you can demonstrate a track record of strong customer relations. Most importantly you will need to be able to exhibit a creative flair that can convert into commercial products that will inspire and engage customers, ultimately increasing sales.
