This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading privately owned Catering Management companies. Our client offers an exclusive catering service to its customers with the main emphasis on high quality, locally sourced products and a passion for food. They are now looking for an Area Manager to cover ten sites across the Northwest with clients ranging from top city lawyers, food manufacturers and private schools. Your area will include sites in Manchester, Leeds, Hull, Birmingham and Derby. With a solid Chef background, you will have a strong managerial and motivational style to lead your teams and the ability to build and maintain sound relationships with your clients. You will enjoy a hands-on approach and have a heavy involvement in devising new menus whilst maintaining tight budgets. You will have a strong work ethic, be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be committed to the delivery high quality food.
