This leading food manufacturer requires an experienced Production Manager to be accountable for the effective, efficient and economic management of the factory and ensure highly effective team development at all times. It is also essential that customer product specifications be achieved, whilst under the constraints of cost, hygiene, quality and safety. The product portfolio is short shelf life and as such, previous experience of a fast paced, customer - focused business would be a key benefit.
