Initially 4 month contract with a view to Permanent

This high care food manufacturer is looking for an experienced QA Manager to implement systems that ensure the quality of all products and monitor Hygiene standards within the factory. You will be required to perform audits covering raw materials through to finish product and apply corrective action to any non-compliance. You will manage the QA team and work in conjunction with other members of the management team to consistently monitor and review general standards on the factory floor. Additionally, as QA Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality manual, review HACCP and comply BRC standards. This is a large and demanding site so the ideal candidate will need to have strong communication and leadership skills, have a proven track record of managing teams and have the ability to drive new initiatives and support business development.
