HR Process Improvement Manager

Job Description

Working for a fast-moving and dynamic food manufacturer, you will ensure that HR business reporting and the delivery of administrative and transactional services are optimized through the efficient and effective use of SAP HCM supported by the development and continuous improvement of fit for purpose HR processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in an HR service centre environment, strong customer service ethos with a track record of process improvement in a fast moving environment. Previous SAP HCM experience would be desirable.
