Factory Zone Manager

Job Description

This role gives you responsibility for running a factory zone of a state of the art chilled food manufacturing operation. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of driving improvement of financial and non-financial KPI's by training developing and managing staff using improvement processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the zone is compliant with all Company policies and procedures. Experience of such a challenge, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills are sought. You must demonstrate the ability to get buy in from the team, encourage idea generation and most importantly - deliver results. An experienced and successful production professional, you must have the drive, determination and resilience to make a real difference. Experience working within a complex chilled manufacturing environment is a must.
