This process focused appointment requires a candidate who has experience within the bakery sector in particular. The remit includes taking concept projects through the factory environment right through to launch for the leading retail customers. You would also work closely with manufacturing colleagues on process improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives. This is a business that has a strong focus on product innovation and quality, so your contibution in those areas would be regular and significant.
