Part of a major international food group, this manufacturing operations is enjoying a significant period of growth and requires is looking to appoint an Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for providing an effective engineering service across all elements of the business plant and associated equipment, ensuring efficiency, availability and reliability are maximised. Along with your Maintenance Manager, you will develop the team to ensure the right level of skills exists across all shifts. Strong leadership and people management skills are sought to compliment your engineering skills.
