Shift Manager

Job Description

This chilled food manufacturing business, west of Edinburgh, is looking to appoint a Shift Manager to take responsibility for the prep side of production, where a basic understanding of equipment/machinery would be an asset. Whilst it isn't essential to have worked in the food sector, it is necessary to have experience of managing a team of people with a motivational and coaching style. You will also need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, in particular examples of how you have driven performance improvement plans to effect efficiency and quality.
