Shift Manager

Job Description

This highly successful and busy chilled food manufacturer, based in Scotland, is looking for a Shift Manager to take on responsibility for the prep side of its operations. It is looking for someone who is experienced in operating in a KPI environment and driving continuous improvement through a team approach. Whilst food manufacturing exposure is not required, a background of working under the constraints of cost, hygiene and quality is - with H&S being paramount at all times. Working with other Shift Managers, you will challenge and improve existing processes and make sure that best practice is continually being applied.
